What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from slow moving thunderstorms is possible.
Where: A portion of central Texas, including the following counties, Bell, Comanche, Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas and Mills.

Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may become flooded.
Additional Details: - Slow moving thunderstorms may bring additional rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 5 inches.
